We build desirable design-led homes and create sustainable neighbourhoods.
Our mission is to provide a solution to the housing shortage in the United Kingdom through sustainable and innovative development, focusing on the South East and commuter towns around London. We do so through creating attractive and friendly communities for the generations to come.
We thoroughly analyse local environment and demand and supply imbalances before developing area-specific strategies. We do so to understand local dynamics, needs and opportunities in order to create highest value for all stakeholders: property / land owners, local community, councils, buyers of our properties, and our investors.
Our edge is in identifying proprietary deals in the market and working with existing property owners, local councils and communities to achieve the best use of any asset. We work closely with local authorities to identify urban sites that would benefit from regeneration.
We focus on new build residential developments in and around London. Depending on the type of property and area, we pursue both build to sell and build to rent strategies. We either acquire properties or land, or partner with the owners to share the upside.
Our execution team is best in class with more than GBP 500 million of development experience.
LAND / ASSET OWNERS
We acquire land and commercial properties in and around London, with and without planning consents.
